Carbon County beats the statewide average

In 2022 the Pennsylvania average was 36.2 drug overdoses per 100,000 people.  Philadelphia and surrounding suburban counties all came in well below the statewide average.  Carbon, however, beat the statewide average, clocking in at a rate of 51 overdoses per 100,000 people.  

Since Carbon County has about 65,000 people, you can use your algebra to figure out how many overdoses the county had last year.  Unfortunately, I was terrible in algebra.
