I was reminded today that Donald Trump took out full page ads calling for the execution of five young men accused of assault and rape in Central Park. Their rights had been violated, confessions coerced, and evidence ignored. Even after they were exonerated, Trump called for their execution.
The next time a Trump supporter talks about “political prosecution” and the lack of fairness, bring that up.
BTW, how about that Wisconsin win yesterday. One elected judge will make a huge difference, and she won by a significant margin. Great news.
