A group of so-called climate protestors interrupted a performance of the opera Tannhauser at the New York Met. Isn’t that precious? There have been a number of attacks on paintings and other art works by these so-called “climate protestors.”
Why would they go after art and opera? Because they know they can get away with it. Why don’t they target pipelines, or fracking rigs, or coal operations in West Virginia? Because then they would get arrested. They would face consequences. Interrupting a opera is a chicken-shit move which has no effect whatsoever on climate change.
