The United States has a total of 3007 counties. According to Governing Magazine, the county with the highest vaccination rate for Covid is Marin, the one just north of San Francisco. 96% of the eligible population has received at least one dose, and over 90% have completed the series.
I lived in Fairfax in Marin County for nine years. Fairfax, full of dope smokers, old hippies, artists, and writers, was one of the less affluent areas in Marin, one of the wealthiest counties in California. Marin County also has rural areas, tiny hamlets, and pockets of poverty. What it doesn’t have are very many stupid people.
