Tomorrow, when you are at the grocery store or walking in the park or anywhere people gather, make a note of the first ten people you encounter. Admittedly it won’t be a random sample, but just think: in this country with all that has happened in the last two years, three of those ten people could still approve of Trump and the job he is doing. It is enough to make one lose faith in democracy.
