That was the headline in the lead editorial in today’s Times. I thought it was a perfect summary of the Democratic presidential candidate debate, and I wish I had thought of it.
What an amazing contrast with the clown car, aka, the Republican debates.
I thought it was a great debate. As opposed to what the republican debates have been like. There were real issues discussed. The other sides debate didn't really get into very much that was substantive. I'm looking forward to the next debate.
ReplyDeleteThe Democratic debate was substantive. Both Republican debates were more about name calling and entertainment. Sadly, that seems to be what many in the U.S. want.
