Arms sales

In 2014, the last year for which we have the statistics, the U.S. was the top arms seller in the world.  Our take was 36.2 billion.  We controlled over half the market.  

Following the U.S. were 

Russia, at 10.2 billion

Sweden, at 5.5 billion, 

France, at 4.4 billion, and 

China, at 2.2 billion.
