Every day my friend Bill from North Carolina sends me a selection of memes he culls from the internet. Some are serious, some are extremely funny, a few are really gross, and I learn things from them I never would have otherwise known.
Here was one from today, a quote from Congressman Eric Swalwell: “J. D. Vance is such a mistake Trump keeps calling him Eric.” Cruel? Yes. Funny? Definitely.
As for the “weird” thing that is giving the Republicans the vapors, a few days ago Bill sent pictures of a woman with Trump painted on her breasts and some of the garb worn by Trump supporters at his rallies, including three old white guys wearing nothing but adult diapers.
Isn’t it wonderful to be supporting happy candidates who are trying to make America better rather than creating hatred and pedaling lies. And we are so normal.
